Clients may cancel their service agreements according to the terms specified in their individual contracts. Typically, notice periods apply to ongoing retainer services.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for work already completed. For project-based work, if a project is cancelled before completion, a partial refund may be issued for the unearned portion of the fees, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
